Ingredients
- Sushi-grade fish - 8 oz (optional)
- Shrimp - 8 oz (optional)
- Lime - 1
- Cucumber - 0.5
- Tomatoes - 1
- Onion - 0.25 (optional)
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp (optional)
- Avocado - 0.5 (optional)
- Salt - 0.25 tsp (optional)
- Jalapeño - 0.5 (optional)
Instructions
- Dice fish and shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Squeeze lime over the seafood and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Dice cucumber, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and avocado.
- Chop cilantro.
- Add diced vegetables and avocado to the seafood.
- Season with salt and toss gently.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
