Ingredients

  1. Sushi-grade fish - 8 oz (optional)
  2. Shrimp - 8 oz (optional)
  3. Lime - 1
  4. Cucumber - 0.5
  5. Tomatoes - 1
  6. Onion - 0.25 (optional)
  7. Cilantro - 2 tbsp (optional)
  8. Avocado - 0.5 (optional)
  9. Salt - 0.25 tsp (optional)
  10. Jalapeño - 0.5 (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice fish and shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime over the seafood and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Dice cucumber, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and avocado.
  4. Chop cilantro.
  5. Add diced vegetables and avocado to the seafood.
  6. Season with salt and toss gently.
  7. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
