Ingredients
- Ground beef or lamb - 1 lb
- Onion - 0.5 cup
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Fresh parsley - 0.25 cup
- Ground cumin - 1 tsp
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper - 0.25 tsp
- Olive oil or coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Finely chop onion, garlic, and parsley.
- Combine ground meat with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Shape mixture into small patties or logs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook kafta 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
