Ingredients
- Sushi-grade fish - 6 oz
- Avocado - 0.5
- Cucumber - 0.5
- Carrot - 0.25 cup
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 0.5 tsp (optional)
Instructions
- Dice the fish, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
- In a small bowl, mix the diced fish with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Arrange the vegetables in a serving bowl.
- Top the vegetables with the marinated fish.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
