Ingredients

  1. Sushi-grade fish - 6 oz
  2. Avocado - 0.5
  3. Cucumber - 0.5
  4. Carrot - 0.25 cup
  5. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds - 0.5 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the fish, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the diced fish with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Arrange the vegetables in a serving bowl.
  4. Top the vegetables with the marinated fish.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
