Ingredients

  1. Whole milk yogurt - 1 cup
  2. Banana - 1 (optional)
  3. Berries - 0.5 cup (optional)
  4. Honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
  5. Peanut butter - 1 tbsp (optional)
  6. Cacao powder - 1 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place whole milk yogurt in a blender.
  2. Add optional banana, berries, honey, peanut butter, and cacao powder if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth.
