- Whole milk yogurt - 1 cup
- Banana - 1 (optional)
- Berries - 0.5 cup (optional)
- Honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
- Peanut butter - 1 tbsp (optional)
- Cacao powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
- Place whole milk yogurt in a blender.
- Add optional banana, berries, honey, peanut butter, and cacao powder if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
